The Chesterfield Mayfair
Afternoon Tea is quite an event at The Chesterfield Mayfair and they were recently commended at the Afternoon Tea Awards 2016. Recognised for outstanding quality and consistently high standards of tea service I adore that they offer some exciting variations on the original. There are many Afternoon Tea options here and the one I love is the Charlie & Chesterfield Afternoon Tea.
It’s time to indulge in the sweetest of treats once more as you are able to enjoy a chocolate themed tea. Enjoy delicate finger sandwiches and chocolate dusted scones while drinking our specially blended chocolate tea before moving on to a delicious selection of cakes and pastries inspired by Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. Children can tuck into their own special selection and sip hot chocolate with marshmallows with our Oompa Loompa menu.

Milestone Hotel
The exquisite five-star Milestone Hotel is located within Kensington and Chelsea, overlooking Kensington Palace and Gardens and is the perfect setting to enjoy a slourge. The Milestone was recently highly commended at the Afternoon Tea Awards, 2016.
The afternoon tea offers a delicious array of delicate finger sandwiches is accompanied by warm freshly baked scones served with Devonshire clotted cream and home-made preserves, as well as a selection of pastries including éclairs, tartlets, cupcakes and macaroons. Accompanied by a vast tea menu, enjoy tea at your leisure in fine surroundings and experience the superior service for which The Milestone is renowned.
What I love about the Milestone Tea is that the have designed a special Little Prince and Princess Afternoon Tea menu for our younger guests complete with a delicious milkshake. There’s also the chance for your little ones to take part too as a member of our Food and Beverage team will assist them in decorating their very own cupcakes. This service is complimentary, but ensure that you notify the hotel of your this to have this and allow at least 24 hours’ notice if you would like to include this option.

The Dorchester
The Dorchester, which is located in the centre of London overlooks both Hyde Park and Mayfair. Since opening in 1931, The Dorchester has served the finest afternoon tea in London. Experience this tradition every day at at 1pm, 2pm, 3.15pm, 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
The Dorchester offers some of the most unique afternoon tea options from seasonal specialities to charming teas created with little ones in mind, each selection celebrates the best in British heritage. I love that the Dorchester have special events aimed at families such as their half term event combining the ballet and afternoon tea. My pick would be the Chocolate Indulgence, which is one of the more unique choices. The luxurious hot chocolate trolley allows guests to create a tailor-made blend featuring a choice of 12 different chocolates to create a truly indulgent treat.
The Ritz
The Ritz need little introduction, and the Afternoon Tea is truly in keeping with all the luxury and fine dining that the Ritz Hotel brings to mind. The Afternoon Tea is provided in the The Palm Court. I love that Afternoon Tea can be enjoyed whilst listening to the resident pianist, harpist or String Quintet playing classic and contemporary tunes whilst you enjoy your delectable Afternoon Tea.

B Bakery
We love showcasing the best in alternative activities and love the following B Bakery delight. B Bakery specialises in Afternoon Tea with a French Twist – L’Afternoon Tea. I love the idea of experiencing Afternoon Tea with a difference on one of a Routemaster buses. These vintage London buses are gorgeous and will drive around Central London, allowing guests to take in some of the City’s best sights, whilst you can indulge in the fabulous B Afternoon Tea. It should be noted that children under 5 are not allowed.
